India has approved the manufacture of QDENGA, the world's first widely approved dengue vaccine, marking a major milestone in the fight against the disease. While experts have welcomed the move, they say the vaccine is unlikely to reach the public before next year's monsoon as manufacturing, pricing and rollout plans are still being finalised
