Court discharges Bhujbal in bribery case linked to university library plot

A special court on Thursday discharged Maharashtra Minister Chhagan Bhujbal and three others in a 2016 alleged bribery case linked to the leasing of a Mumbai University plot. The court said criminal liability could not be based on an inference of invisible support without supporting evidence
