iOS 26.6.2 is out now to fix a cellular update bug

Macworld We expect Apple to release iOS 27 next week ahead of the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro, but before that happens, theres one last update to iOS 26. The iOS 26.6.2 update (also iPadOS 26.6.2) fixes one minor but important bug. The release notes are as follows: This update fixes an issue that prevents downloading a software update over a cellular connection. It looks like thats all there is in this update. There is no associated macOS release (it would be macOS 26.6.3), and the Apple security releases page lists no new fixes associated with this release. To update your iPhone, head over to Settings, then General and Software Update , and follow the prompts.
