This $100 iPad is the best way to beat the RAM pricing surge

Macworld Aple iPad 8th Generation View Deal (function () { document.querySelector(#sticky-promo-block a).addEventListener(click, function(e) { const debug = document.location.host.search(/lndo.site|go-vip.net/) !== -1; const text = this.closest(#sticky-promo-block).querySelector(p.promo-title).textContent; const data = { event: stickyConversionUnitClick, eventCategory: Sticky Conversion, eventAction: Click, eventLabel: text }; if(debug)console.log(Sticky Conversion CLick - pushing to dataLayer: , data); dataLayer.push(data); return true; }); })(); These days, finding an affordable iPad is darn near impossible. If you want to get one for your kids, then spending a ton of money is definitely not on your to-do list since its likely to get dropped or damaged. Well, weve found a solution: This Apple iPad 8th Gen is only $110 at Woot but if you use code APPLETEN , itll take off another 10 percent, bringing it under $100. Its not new (Woot says its in Grade A Refurbished condition) and wont get the latest features, but its about a third of how much youd pay for a new iPad today. The 10.2-inch Retina display is sharp and bright enough for movies, e-books, and homework apps. Inside, the A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine was a big upgrade for this model. When it came out, it made the 8th-gen iPad much faster than the version before it, and it still handles games, streaming, and everyday apps without much fuss. Back in 2020, we called it the best affordable tablet you can buy , and thats definitely the case right now. The tablet wont support iOS 27 or Apple Intelligence, but youre getting a perfect device you dont have to worry about when you hand it over. Think about it: Sooner or later, every parent hits the same moment on a long car ride or a rainy Saturday: the kids want your phone, and youd really like it back. A tablet of their own solves that, but handing a pricey new iPad to a seven-year-old is a gamble most of us would rather skip. Well, at $110, you wont wince every time your kid gently puts it on the table. Because its refurbished, youre also giving a perfectly good device a second life instead of buying new, and a landfill somewhere will thank you. Its guaranteed to be free of major dents and dings, plus it comes with a 90-day warranty in cases theres anything wrong with it. For under $100, this older iPad model is an easy pick if you want a kid-friendly first tablet or a simple spare iPad for the house without paying full price.
