Soaring land prices accelerate developers premium housing push

Gurugram-based M3M emerged as the highest bidder for a 12.5-acre land parcel in Noida's Sector 108 for 1,839 crore, against a reserve price of 835 crore set by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority for the auction. DLF was the other bidder at the final stage.
