Influencer hiring gets smarter as brands look beyond follower counts

Indias creator pool has grown more than fourfold since 2020, making follower count an increasingly insufficient measure of creator value. As creator databases and AI tools help brands assess and manage talent at scale, hiring is shifting towards audience authenticity, engagement and conversion.
