IBAI flags job, growth risks from IRDAIs proposed distribution reforms

The Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) has warned that IRDAIs proposed changes to insurance distribution could shrink distribution, increase job losses and slow insurance growth. IBAI supports measures such as banning compulsory insurance bundling with loans, suitability checks and claw-backs for proven mis-selling.
