Indian air passengers now have a 48-hour 'Look-in option' to cancel or modify tickets booked directly with airlines without extra cost, provided flights depart in more than seven days. The DGCA also clarified name correction rules and refund responsibilities, aiming to streamline processes and address passenger grievances.
