Bengaluru man says he got 'irritated' after woman asked, 'haven't you seen a girl wearing shorts?'

A woman confronted a fruit vendor after he allegedly propositioned her for money. She recorded the entire interaction on her mobile phone, which later went viral. The video helped police identify and arrest the accused fruit vendor, Vijay Ragav. Police registered a formal complaint and seized the vendor's two-wheeler. The accused offered a different version of events during his questioning.
