Two unidentified men caused outrage in Mico Layout on Thursday night. They smashed flower pots outside homes and hurled verbal abuses. CCTV footage clearly captured the entire incident of vandalism. The men appeared to be under the influence of alcohol as they walked. Police are investigating the incident and will seek complaints from affected residents.
