When foreign universities come home

Foreign universities have taken steps to establish their off-shore campuses with the permission of the University Grants Commission. While one section feels that this is a good development, there are others who argue that Indian students will be better off studying at the parent campus of foreign universities, interacting with foreign students and having multicultural exchange
