IITs to restrict 22 companies from campus hiring over unhonoured job offers

The Indian Institutes of Technology will not cooperate with 22 companies for recruitment over the next two years. This decision follows repeated failures by these companies to honor job offers made to graduating students. While the action aims to mitigate student impacts, it also seeks to uphold the credibility of the IIT placement process. Companies like Oracle are among those facing this non-cooperation due to job offer withdrawals.
