Bihar Public Service Commission Updates TRE-4.0 Teacher Recruitment Process

The Bihar Public Service Commission has announced critical updates regarding the TRE-4.0 teacher recruitment examination. Candidates currently appearing for the STET exam must select '2026' as their passing year on the application form. The recruitment aims to fill 32,388 teaching positions in Bihar's government schools. The application process commenced on September 25, 2026, with a deadline set for October 26, 2026. Notably, the selection will now be based on a single examination, following protests against a dual-exam approach. Candidates are urged to apply promptly to avoid missing this opportunity.
