Federal Bank denies reports of majority stake acquisition in Jana SFB as stock drops 4.4%

Earlier on Tuesday, a CNBC-TV18 report citing sources said Federal Bank and Jana SFB are in advanced stages of a deal for the private bank to acquire a majority stake in the small finance bank.
