Nisarga Adhikary, the 19-year-old cybersecurity researcher who reported flaws in the CBSE marks portal and US government systems, has criticised India's obsession with exam ranks and credentials. In his blog, Adhikary argues that JEE ranks, CGPAs and coding ratings can become poor substitutes for measuring real technical ability, and says India needs more practical, skill-based ways to identify young technology talent.
