Michael Jackson's child sex trafficking lawsuit TOSSED OUT

A federal judge dismissed a child sex trafficking lawsuit filed by four Cascio family members. The judge ruled that their 2019 settlement mandated confidential arbitration for all disputes. This settlement followed allegations raised after the 'Leaving Neverland' documentary's release. The Cascio siblings had previously received USD 3.5 million from the estate. The Jackson estate consistently denies all allegations made by the siblings.
