Tennessee Republicans push to explore new execution methods after failed Christa Pike execution

Governor Bill Lee has ordered an investigation into the state's death penalty practices, including execution procedures. Prominent officials, including Senator Marsha Blackburn and House Speaker Cameron Sexton, support reviewing execution methods.
