Railway officer's wife ran coaching classes that allegedly taught candidates how cheating would be facilitated in a Western Railway promotion exam, including what logistical support railway officials would provide and how to handle vigilance inquiries, the CBI has found. Four candidates who scored unusually high marks had taken loans shortly before the exam, investigators say.
