Punjab and Haryana HC set aside charges against Hooda, AJL in Panchkula plot case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has cleared former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Associated Journals Limited of criminal charges. The court set aside a special CBI court's order framing charges in a Panchkula plot re-allotment case. It found no sufficient grounds to proceed against them.
