Psychology says people who dont like to bargain may be protecting more than their peace of mind

Someone who rarely negotiates over prices may still be highly careful with money in other aspects of life. They might research purchases, stick to a budget, save regularly and avoid spending on things they do not need. For them, accepting a slightly higher price may simply feel worthwhile if it saves time, avoids discomfort or makes the interaction more pleasant.
