Nexus Select, Runwal Enterprises form JV to develop 7.3 lakh sq ft retail mall

Nexus Select Trust, backed by Blackstone, is partnering with Runwal Enterprises for a new retail mall in Dombivli. This 7.30 lakh sq ft development represents Nexus's first venture into an under-construction retail project. The mall will be part of the Runwal Garden City township, offering a ready customer base.
