Nepal jolted by 5.0-magnitude earthquake days after devastating flash floods

Nepal was jolted by a 5.0-magnitude earthquake late Tuesday, the National Center for Seismology said, with the tremor occurring at a depth of 143 km. The earthquake struck as Nepal continues to deal with the aftermath of devastating flash floods that caused widespread destruction and significant loss of life.
