Man takes a DNA test, finds out he isn't the child's father, files for divorce, and moves court for an official paternity test after his wife refuses one. The Supreme Court has now allowed the test, ruling that a child can be subjected to a DNA paternity test in matrimonial disputes where unchastity is the ground for divorce, and that a private DNA test showing zero probability of fatherhood is sufficient to establish the need for a court-ordered one.
