Investment for Viksit Bharat needs significantly greater participation by pvt capital: CEA Nageswaran

Indias large savings base needs to grow further, but significantly greater private-sector participation will be essential to mobilise the investment needed for the countrys Viksit Bharat goal, Chief Economic Adviser Anantha Nageswaran said at a conference on financing Indias development journey. He outlined three priorities for states: creating an environment that encourages private investment by improving access to land, power and logistics and ensuring effective single-window clearances.
