Jack Nicholson has been associated with several distinctive properties, including an expansive Malibu Beach ranch and a historic Victorian home in Aspen, Colorado. His Malibu property sold in September 2011 for just under $3.5 million and featured a lighted tennis court, putting green, swimming pool, and grotto-style spa. Nicholson also owned Aspens historic Newberry House, a five-bedroom, six-bathroom Victorian residence built in 1895. He purchased the Aspen home in 1980 with director and music producer Lou Adler, and they remodeled it in 1988, converting the attic into a large screening room.
