Delhi HC to hear plea on Wednesday seeking stay on DUSU elections over alleged Lyngdoh norm violations

The Delhi High Court will hear a plea challenging the ongoing DUSU election process. This plea alleges violations of Lyngdoh Committee recommendations and Supreme Court directions. The petitioner seeks to quash the candidate shortlisting notice and election notification. She also wants elections conducted strictly according to the DUSU Constitution and court judgments. The court will consider an interim stay on the election process which is scheduled soon.
