Boeing jet deliveries drop 17% in July
Boeing delivered fifty-three jets in July, a decrease from June but an increase over last year. European rival Airbus delivered sixty-seven planes during the same month, surpassing Boeing's total. The American manufacturer secured thirty net new aircraft orders after accounting for cancellations. These new orders included eighteen 737 MAX and nineteen 787 aircraft for the company. Through July, Boeing has delivered three hundred sixty-seven jets for the current year.
