ICE agent accused of shooting Venezuelan man arrested after 8 months

In Minneapolis, an ICE agent has been arrested due to a shooting incident in which he wounded a Venezuelan man. Facing state assault charges, the agent allegedly provided false statements to investigators about the January incident.
