Asian Games: Seema, mixed relay win athletics medals; Roshibina bags Wushu silver

India enjoyed a strong medal-winning day at the Asian Games 2026, with Seema winning bronze in the womens 10,000m and the mixed 4x400m relay team claiming silver. Seemas medal was Indias first athletics medal at the Games and the countrys first womens 10,000m medal since 2010. Roshibina Devi added another silver in the womens 60kg sanda event, securing her second successive Asian Games silver and third overall medal at the continental showpiece.
