Dronabinol eases PTSD nightmares for more than half of participants in study

Researchers at Charit Universittsmedizin Berlin have examined whether Dronabinol, a prescription medicine containing THC, can help people with PTSD experiencing recurring nightmares. More than half of participants responded to the treatment, while over a third reported that their nightmares disappeared completely
