US Market: Brokerages turn hawkish as sticky inflation boosts Fed hike bets

Major brokerages including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, HSBC and Deutsche Bank expect the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates by 25 basis points this week after stronger-than-expected inflation data. Rising oil prices above $100 a barrel have added to inflation concerns, while markets are also pricing another hike in December.
