Shriram Properties Q1 profit down 46% to Rs 11 cr

Shriram Properties faced a significant profit decrease of forty-six percent in the June quarter, largely affected by rising operational expenses and taxes. Nevertheless, the company recorded a slight increase in total income to Rs 271.04 crore and experienced a ten percent rise in sales bookings to Rs 484 crore. Their project pipeline remains strong, extending through various cities in India.
