After building Hawells from a single ice cream shop into a 22-branch business within just three years, founder Siripong Akkarasriyuk is now putting the company up for sale for 165 million baht. After more than two decades in the ice cream business, Siripong plans to step away from entrepreneurship and enter monkhood, dedicating the next chapter of his life to Buddhist practice.
