NEET SS counselling 2025: MCC allows Round 1 seat resignation without security deposit loss; read official notice

The Medical Counselling Committee announced a special one-time seat resignation provision. Eligible candidates can resign from their Round 1 NEET SS seats without losing deposits. This process will be available from July 31 to August 4, 2026, at allotted colleges. Resignations must be processed online by college authorities through the MCC portal. The Federation of All India Medical Association welcomed this beneficial decision for many candidates.
