Indias six listed REITs distributed 3,136 crore to nearly 5 lakh unitholders in Q1 FY27, as the sector expanded its asset base. The six trusts together manage over 3.17 lakh crore in gross AUM and more than 214 million sq ft of Grade A office and retail assets.
