Vijay Mallya says he cant say when hell board flight to India as he must follow UK law

Vijay Mallya informed the Bombay High Court he cannot specify a return date to India, citing legal restrictions preventing him from leaving the UK and the revocation of his passport. Mallya is challenging his declaration as a fugitive economic offender and the validity of the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act.
