Unidentified gunman kills non-local in Kulgam

An unidentified gunman killed one non-local labourer and injured another in Kulgam. The targeted attack occurred Friday evening in Kelam village, southern Kashmir. Both labourers were from Chhattisgarh and worked at a local brick kiln. One labourer was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. Security forces have cordoned the area and launched a search operation.
