A company executive struggled with daily bloating and heartburn despite undergoing endoscopy, colonoscopy, imaging and laboratory tests that were reportedly normal. Dr Saurabh Sethi recommended five lifestyle changes: 38 grams of fibre from breakfast, coffee with food, three regular meals, a 10-minute walk after the largest meal and at least seven hours of sleep. Sethi said the symptoms resolved within 30 days.
