Georgia Techs new Trash Lab is testing how discarded plastic can be transformed into useful products in under five minutes. Using Miniwizs miniTrashpresso, researchers shred, clean and reshape plastic waste into items such as phone chargers, bowls and sunglasses. The project explores local recycling, upcycling and circular-economy solutions, aiming to turn waste into valuable resources while reducing landfill dependence.
