Tessolve in talks to acquire two firms, eyes USD 500 million revenue in 3-4 years

Hero Electronix's semiconductor engineering arm, Tessolve, is negotiating to acquire two companies in the US and India to expand its global footprint and capabilities. Targeting $500 million ($4,700 crore) in revenue within three to four years, the AI-focused firm expects to exceed $2,000 crore this fiscal year while considering a potential IPO.
