TVS Supply Chain, Japan's Sankyu join hands to expand supply chain, engineering services; shares jump 8%

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has signed a strategic MoU with Japans Sankyu Inc. to jointly pursue opportunities across supply chain and engineering services, initially focusing on Indias manufacturing and industrial sectors. Sankyu intends to acquire a 0.5% stake in TVS SCS, while the companys shares rose 8.08% on Monday.
