Smartworks Coworking Spaces has leased a significant 141,000 square feet in Aerocity. This prime location strengthens their presence in Delhi NCR's commercial hub. The company reported strong Q1 FY27 revenue growth of forty-four percent. Contracted rental revenue provides substantial multiyear revenue visibility. Smartworks currently operates sixteen point nine million square feet across India and Singapore.
