Sanofi Healthcare buys 15.2% stake in Sanofi India for Rs 1,068 crore

Sanofi Healthcare India acquired a significant 15.2 percent stake in Sanofi India through an open market transaction. The company purchased 35 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 3,052 each. The bill was approximately Rs 1,068 crore in total.
