PwC India, US to create 40,000-strong consulting JV: India to get operating control

PwC India and PwC US plan to create a 40,000-employee consulting joint venture that would be worth about $2 billion at launch. PwC India will control operations despite holding 49.9%, bringing its consulting business together with PwC USs India-based acceleration centres to target global, domestic and GCC clients.
