Puravankara inks joint development pact to develop 7.83-acre in south-east Bengaluru

Puravankara has signed a joint development agreement for a 7.83-acre residential project in southeast Bengaluru with an estimated 1,100-crore development value. The deal takes its FY27 Bengaluru land additions to nearly 50 acres, with potential GDV of 6,300 crore.
