People who walk around while thinking instead of sitting in one place might help their brain generate more creative ideas, says behaviour science

Psychology and behaviour science research suggest that walking may help the brain generate new ideas, especially during creative brainstorming. A systematic review of 23 studies involving more than 1,000 people found a strong link between walking and divergent thinking, although walking does not appear to improve every type of problem-solving. Earlier Stanford research also found that people produced more creative responses while walking than while sitting.
