Nestle to divest mainstream supplements business for $1 billion

Nestle has agreed to sell its vitamins and supplements business to Yellow Wood Partners. This significant deal is valued at approximately one billion dollars for the platform. The transaction includes seven well-known brands and a private-label supplements business. Nestle stated this move allows focusing resources on stronger competitive advantages. The acquisition is expected to be finalized by the first half of 2027.
