Motilal Oswal Alternates makes full exit from Rs 1,155 cr realty fund

Motilal Oswal Alternates has successfully closed India Realty Excellence Fund IV after exiting all 37 investments. This fund, launched in 2020, generated a portfolio IRR of 20.4 percent despite sector challenges. The firm emphasised capital protection and active asset management throughout the investment period. Their focus has shifted towards structured credit as traditional funding sources remain selective. This marks a significant milestone for Motilal Oswal's real estate investment platform.
