MTNL, BSNL and RINL's Rs 13,500 crore worth of realty assets to hit markets

Realty assets worth an estimated 13,500 crore belonging to MTNL, BSNL and RINL are set to hit the market after the Department of Public Enterprises gave final approval for their monetisation. The National Land Monetisation Corp will market 23 prime properties across six cities, targeting 7,500 crore this fiscal.
