Depp's village, which is 17 miles from St Tropez, was marketed for $27 million in 2015 and 2016. Details remained unclear, and the village seems to have never been sold since it was made available for sale in 2015. The village was put up for sale once more in 2021, this time for $63 million, then again in 2022 for $55 million. The village, which was once abandoned and in bad shape, was transformed by the superstar, who splurged $10 million to renovate it.
